She was born February 17, 1927 in Rome the daughter of George and Reba DeForest Jones. Mrs. O'Connor was educated in Rome. She was employed at Rome Nursing Home. Gladys was a member of St. John the Baptist Church and the Ava Dorfman Senior Center. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Jessica and F. Robert Falbo, Rome; Charlotte and Brad Margolis, New Hartford; one son and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Brandi Jones, Rome and four grandchildren, Deana Garland, Stephanie Margolis, Brandy and Candace Jones. A mass of the Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Baptist Church Tuesday 10:30A.M. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. There are no calling hours Contributions may be made in Gladys's memory to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers. Arrangements by the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N.
