He was born March 27, 1981 in Rome, the son of Herbert Marshall and Dawn Lipphardt. He was educated in Rome and Camden schools. Luke is survived by his father and step-mother, Herbert and Susan Marshall, of Rome; special friends, Danny and Joyce Tebo, of Verona, with whom he resided; four sisters, Desiree Pratt, Melissa Marshall, Tera Marshall, and Brittany Marshall; four brothers, Ricky Siefert, Herbert Marshall Jr., Derek Marshall, and Cody Marshall; step-sister, Amanda Rine; step-brother, Mike Rine; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his mother, Dawn Lipphardt; grandparents, Herbert and Rita Hyde Marshall and Myrnie and Caroline Sharp Lipphardt; and step-grandmother, Mary Lipphardt.
