Surviving are his parents of Wisconsin; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Cindy and Jack Kurth, Lynn Patterson, all of Wisconsin; June Patterson, Minnesota; six brothers and four sisters-in-law, Royal and Eileen Patterson, Pennsylvania; Harry and Paula Patterson, Oklahoma; John Patterson, Pennsylvania; Joseph and Phyllis Patterson, Illinois; Mark and Nancy Patterson, Connecticut; Paul Patterson, Illinois; three aunts and two uncles, Marie Barker, Fulton, New York; Estella Armstrong, Florida; Joyce and Rodger Patterson and Arthur Hicks, all of Fulton and cousins, Victoria, Jessie, Joe, and Todd Reynolds, Fulton; Terry, Tiffany and David Showalter, Michigan; Zack, Charles, Debbie and Eliza Patterson of Parish, New York and Dawn and Dakota Hicks, Fulton. He was predeceased by one sister, Verlie, one brother, James and his grandparents, Frank and Virginia Patterson. All will sadly miss Franklin. Funeral services will be held at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome Friday 11:00A.M. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Fulton. Friends may call at the funeral home 10:00A.M. to 11:00A.M. Friday. Services: Calling hours 10-11am Fri. Funeral 11am Fri.
